Patterns4Development is based on Swansea Enterprise Park, South Wales. There is a Mercure Hotel right across the road, a Premier Inn within a couple of minutes and Marriott Hotel on Swansea marina is just a few minutes drive away. You will also find a number of smaller hotels, B&Bs and self catering accommodation nearby. The area is close to the beautiful coast and the Gower peninsular, and Brecon Beacons National Park is also within easy reach.
